The room was clean, but the noise from the neighboring room's TV at 1AM made sleep difficult. Good location between the airport and cruise port.

room convenience, 24-hour reception, nearby shopping plaza
The bathroom cleanliness was lacking, with hair left from previous guests!!! The noise levels were unbearable, making it difficult to sleep at night. Parking availability could use improvement!!!

The night clerk had a great sense of humor.
My experience at this motel was incredibly frustrating. First, I was promised an airport shuttle service that did not exist, leaving me stranded. The room was filled with an unbearable smell of stale cigarette smoke, and when I asked for a room change, the staff was rude and unhelpful. To top it off, the overall cleanliness was shockingly poor with worn-out furniture. I thought I was safe near the cruise port, but the surrounding area felt unsafe and unwelcoming.

definitely want to stay in that area again
my stay was pretty great! no stairs were a bonus. loved the 24-hour reception as they even called a taxi for me. room was clean, had air conditioning, a seating area, and a private bathroom with shower. super close to a shopping plaza which was nice for grabbing snacks!

Solo traveler seeks basic comfort
The location was perfect for my needs, and the parking was great. Plus, it was refreshingly quiet at night, which is rare nowadays.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but still within the realm of acceptable.

No Frills, Just Kindness
The kindness of the staff made our rough day feel less daunting. They even offered to help us find food when we had no transport. Truly appreciated!
The room was quite basic and showed signs of age, with a few cleanliness issues that couldn't be overlooked. Definitely not the best environment for a relaxing stay.

The room was pretty basic. The shower had hair in it, which was super gross. The heat wasn't working and the phone didn't work either. The sheets had stains, and the pillows were flat. It felt a bit sketchy in the neighborhood, so not ideal for going out alone. Honestly, not worth the price I paid.

My stay with friends was pretty great! We enjoyed visiting Liberty State Park and grabbed dinner at a local restaurant. The location was convenient for getting around. Plus, the 24-hour reception eased our check-in and out process. Perfect for groups like ours looking for budget accommodations.
Unfortunately, our bathroom was a bit dirty and had hair in the tub from previous guests. It was disappointing, but we managed for just one night.
